When requesting specified date with the url, the result is a date 2 days prior of the requested #33

Describe the bug
Opening a link with the extension of the 'now=' parameter to set the current date, sets the date to a date 2 days before the intended one.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://soto.podaac.earthdatacloud.nasa.gov/?now=2023-03-01'
  2. Click on 'Events tab on the left side menu'
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Filter end date should be the date requested in the url: 2023 MAR 01

Actual behavior
Filter end date is: 2023 FEB 26
