We could just say

  • For assistance using the POD Aggregator, please contact [email protected] or post in the POD Slack team’s #pod-support channel

Or we could add more detailed wording

  • Assistance for data providers, data consumers, or general assistance using the POD Aggregator is available
  • Please contact [email protected] or post in the POD Slack team’s #pod-support channel
