Apply-PnPProvisioningTemplate - InstanceId of the controls. ClientSideText - new ID, others are keeping the IDs

If provisioning a page template with Apply-PnPProvisioningTemplate all the InstanceId are identical with the source page of the template despite the ClientSideText.

ClientSideText is getting new InstanceId for every run/copy

This make is impossible to update an existing page after changes in the original template page.

Can we change it? Or do we have any technical reason for it?

If I create a page template in the SharePoint UI and then create 3 new sites, all the InstanceIds incl. the of ClientSideText stay identical. This would be the perfect behaviour for Apply-PnPProvisioningTemplate as well.
