I uploaded the .dotm file to virustotal, it is recognized as trojan by 19 engines.

Looking at the code, this is not surprising: the VBA (may) open a FTP server, and execute shell commands.
This is exactly what a trojan do.
A version without the FTP option would make sense for most of people.
