Describe the bug

@Chardot's app crashes every time he opens the notifications tab. We should pair with him to fix it.

@mplorentz I'm adding more information that could help you fix this.

Turns out that after tapping on the Notifications tab, if I do nothing (no tapping on anything) and stay in the app (no app switching, leaving Nos in the background, etc.) the app will take 22 seconds until it finally opens the Notifications screen.

You can see it in this video:
(I tapped on Notifications as soon as the loading spinning wheel disappeared from the Feed)

So apparently the app is taking 22 seconds to fetch something or to load something, but it won't completely die after tapping Notifications.

Alternatively, if I tap on anything else during those 22 seconds, or if I switch to a different app or to the iOS homescreen, then the app will crash for sure.

I hope this helps.

I'm experiencing this bug both in my iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone SE 3rd generation if that helps.

@setch-l should we move this ticket over to the new repo and board?
