Allow setting favorite values null and skip null channels in favorites mode

I am requesting this feature to avoid excess channels when only a few favorites are needed.

side thoughts for potential future tickets:
-favorite channels quantity limit?
-dynamically shuffle out nulls when you navigate from null to the next channel slot leaving a single null at the end to add more?

Even better ability that channel buttons default to favorites that way i dont have to keep doing it on every boot
