First letter of table name is missing when highlighting query #589

This probably comes from your CLI interpretor, as strings into double-quotes are interpolated, and strings into back-quotes are sub commands.

I tested with double-quotes wrapping query without back-quotes for symbol identifiers and with single-quotes wrapping query with back-quotes (not interpolated then), and it worked as expected:
