The Eye Dropper in pH Scale and ph Scale: Basics is a some kind of button, a push button maybe?

I am assuming that it is used in other sims to dispense different kinds of liquids/solutions/solutes.

It would be good to have some boiler-plate descriptions that handle the name, possibly the help text and the state of the toggle button - dispensing versus not dispensing.

Ideally, "what" is being dispensed can be a simple sim-dependent parameter.

For pH Scale and ph Scale:Basics the descriptions would be:

  • accessible name: Dropper
  • help text: Choose {{an everyday liquid}} for the dropper.
  • confirmatory context response when toggled on: Dispensing {{water}}.
  • confirmatory context response when toggled off: Not dispensing.
