Fixed width fluctuations in wide screens

First release

In this release the buttons for editing the page are bigger. We have work hard in the core files. And we have modify slightly the design. The smart phones screens can benefit of this changes.
The code is cleaner and selfdescriptive.
Administration edition is more standarized.
