As shown below, this road has address interpolation information stored in separate ways that are near the street.
The interpolation way (way 99016475), does not appear to be linked via tags to the way for the road. Nominatim however, appears to be able to pick it up.
I'm not sure how this is possible, and the address interpolation guide in the OSM wiki does not provide many clues. Does Nominatim do some sort of geometry based comparison of the different ways? This must lead to a lot of data errors.
Hopefully we can support this format as well.

This issue was originally raised long ago in pelias/pelias#347.
It appears there's a case of address interpolation data within OSM that we do not support.
