At the moment, the functionality of WTV-MetaRenamer is skip a rename/move if the particular episode already exists.
 
This option would allow the script to still rename/move the episode if the existing copy is SD but the new copy is HD.
 
Not quite sure yet how I'll implement this ... it may be something as crude as a reasonable increase in file size.
