Permissions requred for each call

There is no documentation on the user roles/permissions needed to access each endpoint. These should be added to the documentation.

There was an API change a year or two ago that aligned the API access to the user's defined ROLE access. The API will now enforce whatever access the user being used to call the API.

Generally, this would be a Marketing user role would be most useful for the API. Custom roles can be created for the API users.
