Multisearch: editing a search string doesn't update doc count

When a search string is edited, the document count is not updated to show the documents found. For example, a search string with a typo will return 0 documents. When typo is fixed, documents will show up on the right pane, but the document count will still be 0.

To get an accurate count, a new search must be made.
