Consider limiting linking of process parents

Things like linking a process to PID 1 is a but dumb as it's almost never likely to be a useful connection despite being true. I don't think it'd be the worst thing in the world if we were to limit this manually but just not doing a linked item request of it's PID 1. The other improvements we're making to the GUI around widely shared items will help here too but I think in the case where it's almost definitely a useless link it'd be better to solve at the source rather than later
