Is there a way either when.using convert.php or when dumping out the mediawiki XML to expand templates so that the resulting markdown is a complete rendition of what is displayed in the Mediawiki page? The situation is this: I want to convert a Mediawiki site that makes considerable use of templates, and when I convert the dumped XML, the resulting markdown conversion just ignores where templates are, resulting in improper formatting and whole sections of pages missing.
It feels to me like this is something that needs to happen before running convert.php, but I can't find any documentation on how to deal with templates.
