Many operators have terrible descriptions. We need to update descriptions for many if not all operators.

Tagging all for discussion. Will need a list of operators and current descriptions ready for evaluation.

I'm happy to fix the descriptions, but who is supplying the updated descriptions?

I think we need to review them and update them. So, the first step would be to put together a list of the current descriptions so we can fix the obvious issues.

One major change is to change "results" to "records".
