Suggest the following fields to make the Projects page useful for exploring who is working on a project, and where someone may be able to help:

Status: Idea/Design/Build/Live ?
Who: Who in OSL is working on it?
Open for new members: Yes/No. Do they want/need people to join?
Open/Closed: Yes/No. Is this an open source project?

I propose that I can create simple taxonomy-based option fields for Status, Open for new members, and Open/Closed source.
As per Who - we were discussing with @dahacouk the idea of "project owners" field that would also give the project page admin rights, because now there's just "Participate" flag which is basically a "follow" button and should imho be named and treated as such.
But atm afaik we don't have clarity how to most practically build the "owner" field.

For who lets just use the "Participate" flag for the moment. For owner we need to be clearer about the usecase as we need this functionality in other Drupal projects and want to implement something that will work for all solutions. Agree we can have taxonomy-based option fields but just not sure yet how to implement them. Let's detail the requirements and possible solutions and get wider feedback from the community. Awesome!
