After years of having to use 32bit Windows machines (or running buggy VMs) to use a Delphi editor helper addin (that for no good reason had a 16bit Wise installer), I'm able to install into 64bit Win10. Thank you.
(The only trick I had to change was I had to configure both the otya128 exe and the 16bit installer exe to run as Administrator, as otherwise an error would be thrown when the installer needed to put a file into the System32 folder.)
