When visually scaling the nodes in positional mode (the node has not been dropped yet but has been picked up), the nodes never appear to have the loop option turned off.
This is purely a visual bug, because the resulting trajectory after node perform pert() is what is expected even if it doesn't match the visual scaling.

This was a known bug when closing #29.
