Completely replace OpenMapTiles with trail tiles

The trail tiles and OpenMapTiles data have a lot of overlap, so it's not performant to download and render both. OMT also has a lot of features we don't need. It's also difficult to style things between tile sets. If we add all the features we want to the trail tiles then we can drop OMT and have total control over the data for seamless rendering.
