Add link to change log in GitHub releases

I'm following this project by subscribing to new releases on GitHub. Unfortunately there are no further release notes and I always have to open the releases page on your website. I get that formatting a change log into the GitHub release notes is cumbersome. But maybe just a link to this website would be great. Maybe even with a jump marker based on the release version? Could be automated easily with a CI release job.

Sorry if that is asked for too much. I know that is not a big issue. But might also be not much effort to improve it. Just in case. 🙃
