Remove Imagepipe and Scrambled Exif

Both of these apps require the storage permission, which is not ideal.

As there is an option that does this with no permissions at all (ExifEraser, for which there is an active discussion at https://github.com/privacyguides/privacyguides.org/discussions/1457), it doesn't make sense to list them any more.

Thank you for that link. I'm very glad to see that the developer cares about improving their app and removing unnecessary permissions, but since that's not the case at this time, I'd still like to see it removed in favor of ExifEraser until things change.
