Organization level Discussions

GitHub has the discussions feature also available on an organization level. These discussions feature a slightly different layout that I think is more polished and approachable. The discussions are still hosted on a repository, like how they are now, but then they also integrate on the discussions page for the organization.

Some organizations that use organization-level discussions are Vercel and giscus.

As for setting a repository to host the organization level discussions, I'm not sure how that's done. There doesn't seem to be documentation on the feature.

Feature is currently in private beta community/community#13192 and the Privacy Guides request for access to the beta is here community/community#13192 (comment)

Feature just got official released today! https://github.blog/2022-04-12-whats-new-in-github-discussions-organization-discussions-polls-and-more/

It should be available to enable now :)
