Remove Self-hosting email section

if self-hosting email is not recommended, wouldn't recommending self-hosting software give the false sense that self-hosted email is easy to secure? Also, if it's only meant for advanced users who know the inner-workings of email, aren't these people outside the scope of the website to begin with?

Advanced users may consider setting up their own email server. Mailservers require attention and continuous maintenance in order to keep things secure and mail delivery reliable.

This is pretty much our stance, though it could be updated a little bit, cc @privacyguides/team.

Things like Mailcow and Mail-in-a-Box, work pretty well. There are cases where you might want to self-host email.

• An example might be if you want to get around limitations of other providers (alias limits etc)
• Or other providers are blocked in your country, you might choose to host overseas

This certainly makes sense as a secondary account.
