Well, couple things here.

There doesn't seem to be any advantages Aloha brings to the table over the current recommendations. On Android, there is Bromite which brings many specific security and privacy enhancing features and optimizations. And as @mfwmyfacewhen touched on, the iOS platform offers little room to improve upon the WebKit framework that Apple provides.

Then there are the issues with Aloha itself. They make big claims, but there's a lack of detail. There's no source code and there's no worthwhile documentation. There's just a severe lack of transparency which frankly puts it out of the question.
