Regarding accidentally merging new software and delisting some without prior discussion (that are not the point here, please don't name them), I think we should have a policy on this as conflcits/disagreements and mistakes are unavoidable with people involved and I am not certain locking conversations and hiding comments is the right way either unless we have a clear policy on that. I don't know why I felt so upset on the undocumented "proper process" being bypassed as one of my favourite quotes on how to not do things is "Law is hard, but it's the law" as there may always be a good reason to make an exception and I hope PrivacyGuides is not providing advice to a life or death situation, but that is another discussion I am opening soon.
