"1984hosting" (1984 ehf.) is a company based in Iceland, that offers services like domain registration, web hosting, managed web hosting, etc. I would like for this company to be add to the Web Hosting selection, seen as it's a company that really seems to care about protecting the civil and political rights of their customers. They only ask for the necessary information on signup. They also (and i quote) offer "Damn fine support", and they also have the option for payments via bitcoin. We no longer list hosting providers because of https://github.com/orgs/privacyguides/discussions/207 Better off sticking to products which only store encrypted data in the cloud and not being worried about the jurisdiction. |
