Adding Librarian to "Video Streaming"

Since there's no "Web Frontend"-based clients for LBRY listed in Video Streaming, perhaps it would make sense to add Librarian (https://codeberg.org/librarian/librarian)?

PS: I would be glad to add it in :)

It seems like a much better solution for watching lbry content than the currently listed solution:

• No need to download an entire application
• Available on all platforms (not just a desktop client)
• Usable (mostly) w/o JS
