Remove VSCodium #111

There is no technical merits to recommend VSCodium. Telemetry is optional in VSCode, and VSCodium often causes issues with even open source extensions like GitHub login. You also get decreased compatibility with extensions, since proprietary extensions like remote containers don't even work with VSCodium. Since we have established that whether a piece of software is open source or telemetry does not matter, there is no reason to recommend VSCodium whatsoever. |

I do agree this is inconsistent, perhaps we could list Visual Studio Code, and then mention VSCodium in the description. I don't personally use this software, so I wasn't aware that extension capability differed. |

Makes sense to me. I do remember trying VSCodium awhile back and had some extension or theme not work. And yeah, the telemetry settings and information are quite up-front, both in-app and in their documentation. It would be sort of interesting to test what telemetry actually gets sent as described in Viewing all telemetry events. |
