flowchart: how to add horizontal lines (sequence-diagram style)?

1. I want to make sequence-diagram styled horizontal lines in flowcharts? or say,
2. how to make flowchart styled node shapes and "inter actor" arrows in sequence-diagrams?

I am thinking of something like the following:

the black lines is just there to indicate similarity with sequence-diagram
