python install not working

$ python setup.py install
gives the following error:
Traceback (most recent call last): File "setup.py", line 11, in <module> readme = open('README.rst').read() IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'README.rst'

you can find the 'README.rst' in 'doc' document and just move it out.
