Not sure of the presence of an error document URL is related to hasDetail=true or not, but if so then those are not consistent.

I recently fixed a bug where GET /srv/async/{jobID}/error did not redirect to the error doc URL even when one was set and just defaulted to returning the error summary as text/plain (found via taplint).

The issue is that the cadc-test-uws suite does not detect this.
