caom2-pkg-server relies on Content-Disposition to create valid tar file entry #58

If the download URL does not provide a filename via the Content-Disposition header the tar generation fails with a null pointer exception.

Solution: extract a filename from the Artifact.uri and pass that in as a plan B.

Extra: reconsider the tar structure and maybe use the whole path from the Artiftact.uri instead of just the extracted filename.
