The regional government of Toscana, Italy reports air quality measurements on their site

https://www.arpat.toscana.it/temi-ambientali/aria/qualita-aria

There seems to be around 25 sites reporting NO2, SO2, O3, CO, PM25 and PM10

There seems to be a realtime hourly data page as well that allows for csv downloads which may be promising:

https://www.arpat.toscana.it/temi-ambientali/aria/qualita-aria/dati_orari_real_time/index/NO2
