https://lkml.org/lkml/2020/11/13/182 has been in Linux for a while, could be useful to expose this.
However, we don't want to split a cpukind because of this because it would make them unrankable for efficiency. Such criteria should be added with a flag such as "don't split, ignore in case of problem".
