config settings for SEM images

Hello!

I'm seeking input from the community regarding optimal configurations and augmentations for SEM image segmentation tasks. I'm currently using ViT-UperNet due to my large unlabeled dataset, but I'm looking to improve upon my current binary segmentation performance (Model MIoU accuracy: 38%). I would greatly appreciate if you could share configurations and techniques that have yielded strong results in your experience.
