The connection to the Universitäts- und Landebibliothek (ULB) Bonn fails, so you're unable to add an account or search their opac. Maybe something changed in their configuration.
I know that you don't provide free support for the free version of the app anymore and I can understand your reasons for this. So I'm not sure whether it's okay to open this issue or not, because I can' fix this myself, but maybe someone else who has the knowledge and spare time wants to look into this.

It is definitely okay to open the issue! We just won't work on fixing bugs as long as the library doesn't have a support contract.
But I think in this case, the reason is quite simple: The library switched to a completely different OPAC system ("Summon") that the app doesn't support yet. The old OPAC under http://opac.ulb.uni-bonn.de:8080/webOPACClient (SISIS) doesn't seem to be available anymore.
