The file named se.json has Swedish translations. As a language code se means Sami, the string to use for the Swedish language is sv (svenska).
So please rename se.json to sv.json or possibly to sv-SE.json (for Swedish as it is spoken in Sweden, there could also be a sv-FI.json for Swedish as it is spoken in Finland).

PR for the fix from se to sv is in and waiting for merge.

There also does not appear to be a ISO 639-3 (3 letter) code that differentiates between Swedish spoken in Sweden, versus Finland, even though there are some differences. If it ever became necessary to consider a translation difference for it, we'd have to evaluate if the differences are enough to add it in.
