  • Before using obsidian-importer to load the HTML file, the img1.jpg located in the folder named "中英文对照.files"
    html_folder

  • Then I load the html folder which includes the Chinese characters, and the importer fails with the error, e.g. Failed: "ӢĶ.files/img1.jpg" because Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'C:\ӢĶ.files/img1.jpg

  • Next, I checked the md file which had the same as the HTML file, it looks good except for the following link
    html_upload_unrecognize_chinese_charactor

Although replacing ӢĶ.files/img1.jpg into attachments/img1.jpg will resolve the issue, please kindly take a look at the error when loading folders with Chinese characters. Thanks a lot and happy new year of 2025
