Within VBA Editor in the developer tab, Open up “This outlook session” and import the CLASS_Marking_Prompt.cls
Secondly Open Developer Tab
import the attached Class Marker VBA Macro.
Create new button on the Ribbon and assign Macro
-Choose Command : Macros
-Select/Expand : New Mail Message
-Select “New Group” & Rename (R-Click).
-Select Macro
-Add > >
-Select Macro in Customize Ribbon Rename & Change Symbol (R-Click).
-Select “OK”
Note: this won’t be automatic on every email
