I downloaded the plugin on webstorm. I didn't change anything in the settings.
But the plugin offers to translate absolutely all the lines to me. Whether it's the name of the packages or something else.

I'm experiencing the same problem in PHP projects.
The plugin works great in my JS projects.

In my case it would be sufficient with an option to exclude certain file types (i.e. *.php)
