It would be great if we could have an event that would fire every time a character becomes encumbered (due to overweight from losing strengths or inventory exceeding the limit for non-encumbered state).
Alternatively, it can be an event on movement_decrease as this always goes together with being encumbered. Such effect does not trigger ON_EFFECT_APPLIED and hence is difficult to track with the current arsenal nwnx offers.

I agree, this event is much needed for the movement speed functions in nwnx_creature. I added a post about it being bugged to hell. I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one having a issue with this.
