Your project addresses a critical need by fostering collaboration between citizens and municipal governments. It's clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone into this solution, and it shows in the quality of the code, the clarity of documentation, and the overall presentation—excellent work!

For enhancing image processing capabilities, consider exploring the recently released Llama3.2-vision models from Meta. They are lightweight and cost-efficient while offering strong performance, making them a potentially more effective alternative to CLIP.

A feature suggestion to consider: implementing an automated letter-writing functionality. Crafting proper requests to the right departments can be a significant barrier for users, and this feature could empower citizens to take action immediately. It would also bypass the need to manually connect municipal departments to the platform, which can be a complex and time-consuming process.

This is a thoughtful and impactful project with significant potential to drive meaningful change in urban communities. Keep up the great work!
