Thank you for the wonderful and comprehensive tool.
It says that we should expect ~10% chimeric reads and an abnormal %chimeric reads might suggest issues with library prep.However, typical hic kits like arima seem to enrich for crosslinked genomic regions and thus shouldn't we observe a higher % of chimeric reads? Or am I missing something?
I ask because I'm observing about 40-50% chimeric reads.
