As we agreed in #35 (comment) to use Notary Project as the new brand name for the project, we need to redesign the logo to show Notary Project.

We need to raise a service ticket to request CNCF to help redesign the Notary Project logo since CNCF provides graphic design resources as described in https://www.cncf.io/services-for-projects/#design-and-aesthetics.

I would like to reach out to CNCF for design resource support.

CNCF shared the new logo design with us. The idea is to insert the text "project" into the original Notary logo and use the same or similar typeface.
