It would be good to have a simple automated testing suite for the API. The challenge is that the dashboard-api requires a DERIVA instance to run and the values returned by the endpoints are going to depend on the data in that instance.

A good test/set of tests to include would validate #31 against the existing endpoints (i.e., those that only return DCC in the output if it is one of the requested dimensions/groupings.)

Yes, I think we should still do this. I don't believe there is any pre-deployment testing for the API.
