https://testnet.zcashexplorer.app/ is running this code and is stuck. The testnet was broken for a while, because blocks were not being mined for longer than the "maximum tip age" (24 hours). It has now been fixed, but this explorer is stuck at https://testnet.zcashexplorer.app/blocks/3002159. It probably just needs to be restarted.

If restarting it is not sufficient, please join #node-dev on the Zcash R&D Discord and we'll debug it there.
