Add a 'Permission pending' site or tab for users (and maybe a review step) #64

If Users can not confirm the creation of a project themselves, submitted projects are invisible for them till an admin allows the creation.
I think it is better to add a page or a tab to the users 'My Items' area, where the pending stuff is listed (with submission date).
That way users know that the project was really submitted and can inquire if a project is not approved after a certain time.
An editing function would also be good for pending projects.

Thinking a bit larger, this site could also be used to implement a review step. Right now all entered data is lost, if the admin rejects the project. The user has to enter everything anew. Implementing an optional review step could enhance the communication between users and admins, reducing frustration.
