Later I saw that the users can create their own organisms and add them to the project. I suggest to add a hint on that in the project management window. For instance: “If you cannot find the organism, you can create it here.”

When I created a mock organism to thest the organism creation it was possible to create it by just providing the Display name. The NCBI Taxonomy URI is implemented as an optional attribute (no red star and I did not need to provide it) although the text says „A valid NCBI taxonomy URI is required.“ So, is it a bug that the NCBI Taxonomy URI is optional currently?
