Build of OpenOCD is missing support for some newer features (risc-v related), and seemed to segfault with certain libusb devices (not CW, but calling a tigard). Proposing to use something like 20230202 which is available pre-built, but need to check if there are other reasons or considerations.
For testing, I just replaced the directory of a 5.7.0 install with the above binary and things "seemed to work". Need to update a few files to get rid of warnings, as they have changed some of the option formats it seems.
This issue is for tracking any reasons we need to keep a different version, if all OK can close this out.
